Firstly the courtesy car we booked was on time and obvious to be seen on arrival. At Trapani the driver walked us to the hotel, so we were knew where we were. On arrival the receptionist was about to ...

The complimentary snacks and wine? Not sure if the ones on the table were free so left them. We could have asked.

The apartment was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly. Our family includes a one-year-old, so that's a big ask! It was spacious and quiet with a fully-equipped kitchen and two solid-sized bedroom...

Location, parking, cleanliness, snd comfortable. Serena was very helpful!
Areas for improvement:
Had to keep asking for more toilet paper. Rolls were very small and there were four of us using the one bathroom. Also, no napkins or paper towels in the kitchen so hard to eat and cleanup.
